Grindstone Coworking and the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce have just announced a new partnership. The agreement, which was solidified April 18, 2018, will serve both organizations in their ongoing commitment to empowering local businesses.
“We’re excited to partner up with Grindstone Coworking in our efforts to expand our reach across the Rio Grande Valley. Grindstone Coworking has become a great resource for small business owners, and we hope this partnership will strengthen our community ties and allow us to work alongside a new group of ambitious entrepreneurs,” said Robert Rosell, CEO of the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce.
Daniel Rivera of Grindstone Coworking added, “The Grindstone has always had a good relationship with the GMCC, so we’re happy to welcome them as our newest sponsors. We look forward to working closely with Mr. Rosell and other businesses within the chamber to promote entrepreneurship and joint community initiatives.”
Grindstone Coworking was established in 2015, and is among the first of its kind in the Rio Grande Valley. The coworking space, located in Edinburg’s downtown area, is open to freelancers, remote workers and a range of other businesses. Monthly coworking memberships and private office leases provide access to a variety of amenities, including a shared kitchen and café area, conference room, classroom and other features beneficial to small businesses and independent workers.
