Considering a membership at Grindstone Coworking? Our bustling community happily welcomes new members from all over the globe. Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we hear about Grindstone Coworking.


Q: Who works there?

A: Our coworking space is filled with mobile workers across all industries. From accountants to digital media specialists, writers, techies, attorneys and more, our community is as diverse as the businesses we represent.

Q: What hours are you open?

A: We are open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Our mailbox memberships cost as little at $50 per month. We also offer part-time memberships for $139 per month, and full-time memberships for $189 per month.

Q: What does a membership include?

A: Our membership levels vary. Part-time and full-time memberships gain access to complete use of our facilities, including our high-speed Wi-fi services, complimentary Moonbeans coffee, printing services, café, conference room and training room.

Q: Do I get my own office?

A: If you wish! Consider the Grindstone as Starbucks on steroids. We are a communal office space able to accommodate up to 60 independent workers on any given day, but we do have private offices and suites for monthly lease. Our private office leases begin at $725 per month.

Q: How does the conference room work?

A: Our memberships are based on a credit system. The Grindstone Coworking conference room is available to reserve for your next meeting. Just log on to your account and use your allotted credits to reserve, or contact us directly for a reservation application.

Q: What happens if I run out of credits?

A: You can rent our conference room for $12.50 per hour once your allotted credits have been spent.

Q: How does the training room work?

A: Our training room can accommodate up to 30 people. Training room access is granted on a case-by-case basis, including nights and weekends. Contact us at 956-900-2190 for more information about holding a class or large meeting in our training room.

Q: Do I get 24-hour access?

A: We do offer 24-hour access memberships for $299 per month. Twenty-four hour access to our facilities is also available to members renting private offices and suites.

Q: Can I go in for a day?

A: Yes! One-day passes are available for $30. We also offer week-long passes for $49, which will roll over onto your first month’s membership fee if you decide a Grindstone membership is right for you.
